This was a "mistake" recipe...making cornbread and it turned into a spoonbread hybrid

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 14 3/4 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. 1
    mix well.
  2. 2
    pour into a buttered 8 X 8 pan.
  3. 3
    bake at 400 for 40 mins or until spoon comes out clean.
