I got this out of a Taste of Home Helathy Cooking magazine. My SIL wants me to make it for Thanksgiving this year so I wanted to put it here for safekeeping. I haven't made this yet. I like the fact that you make it in a slow cooker so it doesn't tie up the stove.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    In a slow cooker, combine corn, broccoli and cheeses.
  2. 2
    In a small bowl, combine the soup and milk.
  3. 3
    Pour the soup mix over the veggie mix in the slow cooker.
  4. 4
    Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through.
  5. 5
    Stir before serving.
