Image hosted by Photobucket.com Cooking for 1 or 2 can often be a challenge. There are many times when I want to cook something but don't because I have leftovers already in the fridge. Cooking for me is relaxation and something I really enjoy. These recipe provide me the opportunity to make varied meals often for DH and I. Some of the recipes are mine, some I have prepared belong to other wonderful Zaar Chefs and the remainder are ones I plan to fix at some point in the future. The recipes contained in this book are for 1, 2 or 3 servings.
