Soups: Tomato Soup . . . Mm-mm, Good!

Cookbook by

[Cover photo by *Parsley*.] When you mention soup, many people think first of chicken noodle, but for our family the basic generic soup is tomato. I'm not above opening the occasional can of Campbell's, but for more adventurous and/or satisfying fare, check these out. Especially recommended: toni gifford's Roasted Tomato Soup (Roasted Tomato Soup). My other soup cookbooks include Chow Down on Chowder, Dreamy Cream Soups, For Health and Healing, Hearty Meat Soups, Meat-Free, Out of the Ocean, Into the Tureen and Slurping Round the World.
