Low Carbing It

Cookbook by

TheDancingCook

I've been on the South Beach Diet since May 2004, have made all recipes in this book a few times over while on the diet, and now, 5 months later, I'm down 30lbs! All these low carb recipes are tried and true; I cook all of these often though I'm always searching for new ones and will post them in this book as I come across some more. I have made some ingredient adjustments such as using sugar substitutes in some of the recipes and omitting bread crumbs, etc..... as you can read in my reviews.
