I have had the privilege of sampling 254 wonderful recipes during 2008. It's a tough decision, but here are our favorites. Some of these I use so frequently now that I am shocked I've only had them for a year (I'm looking at you, Cheddar Shrimp Nachos and Chicken Enchilada Dip!)! Seriously, we eat the nachos every week....
