I love baking bread on weekends. I gave away my ABM many years ago and honestly I do not miss it. There is something therapeutic about making homemade bread, especially when the weather turns colder. If a recipe calls for an ABM, I just use a standard bread making method. Some of these breads I have tried, others just look so good I can't wait to try them.
