    Process the espresso, confectioners' sugar, cream and Grand Marnier in a blender for 30 seconds. Add the ice gradually, blending on High constantly. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.

    Spoon into stemmed glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream and candied orange peel.

    Serve immediately.
