This is a very delicious dessert - you can add a few more glazed red and green cherries to the mixed fruit. Drizzle icing over the top when cooled, adding almond extract to the icing - so delicious!!

    Mix together well and spread in 9x13 -inch pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Do not overbake.

    Beat eggs well, and add salt, flour, sugar and vanilla. Then add glazed fruit and coconut. Spread over base and bake 12-15 minutes until set. Cut into 2-inch squares.
