SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons thai coconut curry broth (mix)
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Directions

    Following package directions, cook rice with water, Coconut Milk and Coconut Ginger Soup Mix.

    When done, toss in chopped parsley and serve.
