Recipe #385092 | 15 min | 15 min prep | add private note

This recipe is great for large gatherings, very good for any season or any occasion.

SERVES 100 , 150 8 oz cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 3 (64 ounce) bottles cranberry juice

  • 4 (46 ounce) bottles pineapple juice

  • 2 (2 quart) cartons orange juice

  • 4 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
  • 4 tablespoons almond extract
  • 3 oranges, sliced 1/4 inch

  • 5 (10 lb) bags bagged ice

Directions

  1. 1
In a 2 (5-gallon) buckets, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and almond extract (divided equally among the buckets).
  2. 2
Just before your event, add ginger ale to the mix.
  3. 3
Because the 5-gallon buckets will be too heavy and cumbersome to lift easily, fill a 1-gallon bucket with punch and pour into the punch bowl. Don't fill the bowl to the top - you'll need to add ice. Use the smaller bucket to refill the punch during your event.
  4. 4
Place the sliced oranges into the bowl to allow them to float on top of the punch.
  5. 5
Always add the ice to the punch bowl, not to the buckets.
