Cinnamon-Sugared Nuts

Recipe #398141 | 40 min | 10 min prep | add private note

By: quick meal
Nov 6, 2009

I like to make these around the holidays to have on hand for those who come in hungry and just cant wait for the meal to be done. Everyone loves them and they are so easy. Please make note that you only need 1 Tbsp. of egg white (it wouldn't allow me to put that in the ingred.) Enjoy.

SERVES 8 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Heat oven to 300.
  2. 2
In medium bowl, stir 1 tablespoons egg white and nuts until nuts are coated and sticky.
  3. 3
In small bowl, stir remaining ingred. until well mixed. Sprinkle over nuts. Stir until nuts are completely coated. In ungreased 1" deep pan spread nuts in a single layer.
  4. 4
Bake uncovered about 30 minute or until toasted. Serve slightly warm or cool completely about 1 hour. Store in airtight container at room temp up to 3 weeks.
