I had to throw away the first batch. The children told me they were "dry" cookies. I altered the recipe and substituted molasses for honey, and homemade brown sugar for the brown sugar and they came out DELICIOUS and FANTASTIC!!!

I have to agree with the others. The cookies were delightful. I loved the taste of the dough...the cinnamon chips were out of this world!

The dough for these cookies was excellent although I only used 2 cups of flour since after I added the flour the dough seemed very dry. To keep the cookies from falling apart, I made the dough into little balls and compacted the dough. I also used only 1 tsp of vanilla and added a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon extract. **Made for the New Kids on the Block Tag Game June 2009**

WOW! These were fantastic! I never even knew that Hershey's made cinnamon baking chips. Great over all cookie dough flavor too.. Soft and chewy.
