    Preheat oven to 425.
  2. 2
    Mix flour, oats, 1/4 C sugar, baking powder & salt.
  3. 3
    Cut butter into small pieces and mix with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.
  4. 4
    Beat milk, egg, & vanilla together and add to other ingredients.
  5. 5
    Spoon batter into a non stick scone pan.
  6. 6
    Mix together 2T sugar, and 2T cinnamon, and sprinkle over scones.

    Bake 11-13 minutes, or until tops of scones just start to brown.
