i went to a restaurant in Adelaide, and had a dip platter. so i tried to reproduce all of the things i could taste. it turned out delicious!

SERVES 15 -20 (change servings and units)

    mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, eggs, cucumber, salt and pepper. then at the end mix through cooked bacon. makes a good quantity.

    I make my own pitta triangles to serve with it. just delicious.
  3. 3
    I just cut pitta bread into triangles with scissors, coat with olive oil and garlic salt, place on an oven tray in an oven for about 10 -15 minutes; on about 200°C.
