Mom's summer recipe

SERVES 24 , 2 loaves (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 325.

    Beat eggs and sugar.

    Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.

    Add zucchini and beat. Afdd oil and beat until smooth.

    Add chocolate chips and mix well.

    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

    Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
