I love chocolate! I found this recipe in an old issue of Southern Living. This recipe is simple and delicious!

7 DOZEN (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.

    Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
  3. 3
    Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and peanuts; gradually add to butter mixture until blended.

    Portion dough by teaspoonfuls; roll into balls.
  5. 5
    Place balls on ungreased baking sheets.
  6. 6
    Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.

    Roll warm cookies in sifted powered sugar.
