Chocolate Pineapple Lump Pudding (Raw) (New Zealand)

POSTED FOR ZAAR WORLD TOUR. Pineapple Lumps are Kiwi candies which are chewy, pineapple flavoured and coated with chocolate. A real Kiwi favourite. This dessert imitates their flavour.
SERVES 2 , 2 bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup soft dates (or soaked)
- 2 avocados
- coconut water, as needed
- cacao
- 1/2 cup dried pineapple, chopped
Directions

Blend all but the dried pinnaple until delicious and creamy.2
Add the chopped dried pineapple.3
Leave refrigerated for at least 3 hours.4
After cooled the pineapple is lovely and chewy, just like pineapple lumps!
