These were every thing you said they would be. I used plastic wrap to prevent sticking while pressing. I didn't have Splenda so I subed. w /light brown sugar Loved the size.. Thanks

These are some of the best cookies I've ever had. Couldn't stop eating them. Thanks for the instruction details. Using a blender was so much quicker and easier than a stand mixer. I didn't have Splenda, but next time I'll use it to save a few calories.
