I really want to thank you. I wanted to try to make baklava for ages but i never really dared. I even made the phyllo myself and it was not much fuss at all. I really enjoyed this recipe and i am so happy to have found out that baklava is as easy to make as it is tasty. Though, i also made one batch skipping the chocolate which we acctually enjoyed better. Thank you so much for sharing, this is just the greatest thing ever and i am going to make this all the time. It is perfect to prepare, for guests or at weekends, it is easy to make, looks fantastic and tastes wonderful! Ramadan Tag Game 2009
