Recipe #389293 | 40 min | 10 min prep | add private note

this is a recipe that my sister whipped up.. i think it's really good! i suggest using jusst ripe bananas and semisweet chocolate chips. you can adjust the recipe by making more pops just by using more bananas and chocolate.

SERVES 3 , 3 pops (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    peel the bananas, set aside.
  2. 2
set a small nonstick saucepan on medium heat.
  3. 3
place the chips on the saucepan, and simmer until the chocolate has completely melted. (to speed up the process, add the milk) add in the nutmeg and cinnamon, then remove from heat.
  4. 4
place a sheet of parchment paper on a plate, then place the bananas on the plate.
  5. 5
pour the melted chocolate on all three of the bananas until they are evenly covered, then place in a freezer for about half an hour*, or until the chocolate is solid.
  6. 6
*don't keep in the freezer for too long, otherwise the bananas will freeze).
  7. 7
after 30 mins, take out of freezer, dust with icing sugar if you like, and serve.
