A medium-hot salsa using fresh ingredients and chipotle chiles in adobo.

SERVES 12 , 1 quart (change servings and units)

    Quarter tomatoes and onion. Cut cilantro just below where leaves end and toss remaining stems.

    Add all ingredients to food processor and puree.

    Refrigerate until needed - let stand at room temperature before serving.
