A traditional Argentine spiced chili and fresh parsley sauce to serve with grilled steaks or poultry. Delicious! Courtesy Chef Jeff Rossman, Terra restaurant.

3/4 cup of Chimichurri Sauce (change servings and units)

Directions

    Put all of the ingredients except the oil into the blender.

    While running the blender, slowly add olive oil until combined thoroughly.
  3. 3
    Serve the chimichurri sauce with grilled steaks or poultry.
