Chili Spiced Beef & Bean Stew

It's not chili or spaghetti, but a spicy rich stew with ground beef and pork sausage. Land-o-Lakes Cookbook.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Directions

    in 10" skillet cook onions, beef and sausage over medium heat until meat is browned, pour off fat.

    meanwhile in dutch oven combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
  3. 3
    cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

    reduce heat to low, add browned meat, cook stirring occasionally until stew is thickened about 20 to 30 minutes.

    meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions.

    serve stew over spaghetti.
