Chili Cheese Log

This is a delicious cheese spread served with crackers, party bread, toasted pita chips or bagel chips.

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 -2 Logs (change servings and units)

    Let the four cheeses come to room temperature, Either with a handmixer or food processer{I recommend Food Processer) blend all four cheeses till smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl and blend in remaining ingredients.

    Take a piece of wax papper approximately 12 inches long - sprinkle additional chili powder down the center of wax paper horizontally, Spoon Cheese mixture on top of Chili powder in shape of log.

    Wrap wax papper around cheese mixture and roll back and forth to form log, then twist ends of paper to seal and refrigerate at least one hour till log is firm.

    Serve ith a variety of crackers - Enjoy.
