Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

First attempt as posted good but bland just used the vegy's that came out of my garden mostly using up stuff in frig.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Put oil, chicken and onion in fry pan or wok turn to quite high stir constantly till done 6-8 mins
  2. 2
    add vegy's stir 5-6 mins
  3. 3
    mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in bowl.
  4. 4
    dump in frypan stir till all coated and slightly thickend
  5. 5
    Serve over rice.
