this is a recipe i put together myself, actually suprised myself when i tasted it!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    chop up onion and pepper.

    take the skin off of the chicken legs.

    put everything in a slow cooker and cook on medium for about 6 hours.

    chicken should be falling off the bone.
