    Mix pesto with yogurt and cayenne.

    In a seperate bowl, mix chicken, onions, celery and red pepper.
  3. 3
    Blend chicken mixture with yogurt mixture.

    To assemble, evenly divide greens and carrots among four plates. Then plate four cucumbers and four tomatoes around the edges. Add a mound of chicken salad in the middle of each plate with sprouts on top.
