Delicious and really easy. Can be spiced up by adding more chipotles or more adobe sauce. From Family Circle magazine Jan. 08

I liked this recipe because it was different from any other pasta dish I've ever had. The chipotle peppers give it a subtle heat that is really nice.

WOW! This was really good! We love chipotle peppers. The most time consuming part of this dinner was making the bacon. Other than that, it was quick and easy.

One of the top 10 recipes my family asks for over and over. My 6 year old granddaughter likes it with added steamed broccoli mixed in. Too easy for being as good as it is!

Great chicken penne. I only made half a recipe but it was delicious. I found I was out of maple syrup so used honey. Loved the bacon and cilantro on top. I used left over roasted chicken and put it in near the end of the cook time. Quick and easy.
