Chia — my whole house smelled so wonderful while this was cooking!!! And the flavors? So delicious and savory! I used 4 split chicken breasts — bone & skin still in, and reduced the other ingredients by half. It took a little over 45 minutes to cook. Please give Hadassah a hug for me.
