SERVES 1 -2 (change servings and units)

    (if using optional ingredients, first blend with milk substitute in food processor and add together).

    Place chia seeds in bowl Pour milk (or milk mixture) over the top and add vanilla extract. Stir well. Let bowl sit on counter for next 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent large clumps. Refrigerate for at least four hours (overnight is fine).
