    Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins,.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, syrup, eggs, flours, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and oats and beat with a whisk. If adding nuts, stir them in now.

    Fill the muffin tins 3/4 full.

    Bake 20 minutes, or until fork comes out clean.
