Similar to a mojito, this can be made non-alcoholic if you like for a great summer bevy! NOTE: If your cherries aren't overly ripe, sweet and flavorful simply add a splash of Cherry Crystal Light (Kool-aid would be fine too) and it will be just perfect.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Divide cherries, mint leaves and sugar among 4 glasses.

    Mash everything together with the back of a wooden spoon.

    Stir in rum and lime juice.

    Fill glasses with ice and top with seltzer.

    Garnish with mint sprigs.
