we are boneless chicken eaters too.. this is great with a simple salad and My famous Garlic bread. It was not fussy for me to make and not fussy for my kids to eat!

Sooo deliciuos a keeper, and i am going to add veggies next time. My kids absolutely loved it, it will be a weekly occurence.
