"Don't knock 'em, 'til you try 'em!" So good!

SERVES 2 -3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cheese Whiz
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
Melt butter in a non-stick pan (*important that it is non-stick, or it can get a bit messy).
  2. 2
    Add Cheese Whiz.
  3. 3
Mix butter and Cheese Whiz together with a spatula
  4. 4
Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper.
  5. 5
    Add eggs to pan.
  6. 6
Mix eggs with cheese sauce -- i like to use a fork gently to evenly distribute.
  7. 7
After 30 seconds to one minute or so, mix/flip eggs to ensure sauce is mixing.
  8. 8
Continue cooking as you prefer for your scrambled eggs.
  9. 9
Top with some shredded cheese if desired, or mix in the eggs in the last few moments of cooking.

Made for New Kid on the Block. These were okay, but I felt that the addition of the cheez whiz along with the butter made them a little too greasy. Think I would prefer cheese added after the eggs are cooked.

This was easy and tasty. I used tex-mex cheez whiz, which added a nice zing to ordinary scrambled eggs. I will definitely use this recipe again.
