Put on top of bread, or use to stuff mushrooms, tomatoes, or omelets.

    Combine all ingredients, except red onion and parsley, in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour, or up to 2 days.

    When ready to use, preheat broiler, and spread on bread slices, or stuff into mushrooms. Combine red onions and parsley and sprinkle over top. Broil until golden brown and bubbly.

The flavor of this reminds me of fondue. I used homemade bread and toasted it slightly to be sure it would hold up. A very festive taste.
