I made this cake for a birthday and it has been a great success. very easy, i only baked the crusty bottom but not the filling. You can use all variety of fruits except kiwi and pineapple because the Gelatin will not work with those ones. The size of the tin depends on you, I used a smaller but deeper one to make it higher... good luck and enjoy!
