Chavrie Guacamole

A new twist on a classic Guacamole Dip

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Split the avocado in half remove the core and scoop pulp into food processor bowl.
  2. 2
    Puree until smooth.
  3. 3
    Add lemon juice, lime juice , cumin, Tabasco and Chavrie® mix well.
  4. 4
    Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5
    Remove from the food processor and fold in the diced tomato.
  6. 6
    Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

This was an interesting take on guacamole, but it definitely needed garlic. Once I added it, the outcome was great. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
