This recipe from Mrs. Kay Keyser is taken from "Chapel Hill Favorites", published there in 1982.

2 1/2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Put onion, garlic, parsley leaves, anchovy fillets, tarragon, tarragon vinegar, and mayonnaise into blender and blend for one minute. If not salty enough add another anchovy fillet.

    Serve over lettuce, as a dip for raw vegetables, or over a tossed salad. Also good over cold seafood.
