    Drain any liquid from the sour cream and whip until thickened.
  2. 2
    Stir in the capers, chives and mustard.
  3. 3
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Cut shrimp in halves or thirds.
  5. 5
    Trim celery. Cut each stalk into 2 inch lengths.
  6. 6
    Trim base of each piece so they will sit flat.
  7. 7
    Spon sour cream mixture evenly into celery.
  8. 8
    Top with shrimp and serve.

It's a winner! I used 2% cottage cheese whipped instead of the sour cream. Soaked the celery, cut for 1 hour with ice cubes and water to make them really crisp/ We loved the recipe. A do again fo sure
