    Core cauliflower and break into small florets; steam 4 to 5 minutes until just crisp-tender.

    Drain and combine with 2 tablespoons butter.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs.

    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining butter after putting in shallow 2-quart dish.

    Bake at 350*F for about 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
