RECIPE: A Walk Through the Garden Mayonnaise

I really don't think there is a better homemade mayonnaise recipe around, I used 3/4 cup canola oil and 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, all other ingredients were not changed, next time I am going to add in a minced garlic clove, this pairs wonderful on bread for a sandwich, I bet it would also be great with fish, I would recommend to pat dry the pimiento first to remove excess moisture, what a wonderful recipe Pat and one I will make again very soon, thank you for sharing! this is was made for KK's Chef's Pick forum game

RECIPE: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I have made these twice now and they are Wonderful. I made them as written the first time and today I made them and added 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp cloves. I also used 3/4 cup of each sugar, a little less oatmeal (I use old-fashioned), 1 cup craisins and 1/2 cup flaked coconut. They aro sooo good either way. Thanks Bev for a great recipe.

RECIPE: A Winter's Walk Beef and Carrot Stew With Herb Crusted Dumplings

The title of this recipe lured me right in and I'm so glad it did! What a scrumptious meal this provided. We went on a fall bike ride through the woods while this was simmering and came back to the delicious aroma. The flavoring is lovely and I love the addition of herb crusted dumplings. C'est magnifique! ~Made for the Nov. Aussie/NZ Swap~
