I came across this delicious sounding milk-substitute while searching on the 'net. I found this recipe at the Care2 website @ http://www.care2.com/greenliving/milk-alternatives-recipes.html

    Combine cashews with 1 cup water and maple syrup in blender.

    Blend on high until thick and creamy.

    Slowly add remaining water and blend on high for 2 minutes.
