This was okay, but we didn't think it has a lot of flavor, which was very surprising to me. I definitely expected to love it based on the ingredients. Made for the Epicurean Queens ZWT5: Australia/New Zealand.

I used Japanese Mirin because I had no sherry wine. I also skipped the searing stage because I only had skinless chicken breasts. It was delicious, easy and will become one of our standard chicken recipes I am sure. Thanks for posting!
