An old recipe and not many instructions are given. I'm guessing. Check Ball book for better times. Looks good though.

    Cook all ingredients in large kettle for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

    Pack in sterilized jars and seal well.

    Now I would guess to pressure cook for 90 minutes. However, just to be safe check times in Ball book.
