I tried this last night. It turned out Great!! The only thing I changed was omit the cider vinegar and put 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Will make over and over!

I hate making caesar salad at home because the dressings never taste as good as in the restaurant. Now my problem is solved, I can have great caesar salad anytime. Thanks Ma Duck.

Got to have the anchovy !! People seem to stay well clear of it but in this type of receipe you dont know it is there but you know if it isn't. It just doesn't taste right. Well done. Very easy and very tasty.
