Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is great for parties and the guys love this one too! It is easy and I always have these ingredients on hand for an unexpected invite to a get together. You can cut down on the fat by using low fat cream cheese. Enjoy

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14 ounce) can of white chicken breasts or 1-1 1/2 cup left over chicken breast
  • buffalo, sauce- add to your taste. i usually add 1/2 cup of frank's buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup finely shredded  cheese, of your choice
  • serve with Frito Scoops or tortilla, chips. i also have served with a crusty italian or sourdough bread

Directions

    Soften your cream cheese and spread into a shallow dish or platter.
  2. 2
    Drain chicken and chop up. If you use left over chicken, you will need to shred or chop up in a small dice.

    Mix chicken with buffalo sauce to your taste. I like it moist because it will be baked and I don't like it to dry out.

    Spread chicken mixture evenly over the cream cheese.

    Top the chicken with shredded cheese.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through and bubbling around the edges.
