Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip can be assembled in advance and frozen. Increase the baking time by 15-20 minutes if baking frozen.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from bone and chopped
  • 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (I like Frank's)

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing

  • 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 (16 ounce) package carrots, cut into sticks

  • 1 (16 ounce) package celery, cut into sticks
  • chopped green onion (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish; set aside.

    In a medium bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce.

    Place in bottom of prepared baking dish.

    In another bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, and blue cheese dressing.

    Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.

    Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken layer.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle mozzarella over cream cheese layer.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.

    Serve with carrots and celery sticks.

    Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
