Cajun spiced tilapia and shrimp smothered in homemade alredo sauce.

SERVES 2 -4 , 4 tilapia filets (change servings and units)

    Combine melted butter and lemon juice, and then lightly cover filets. Cover filets in cajun spices. Pan fry filets for two and a half minutes on each side on medium / high. Add olive oil and sauté shrimp in remains of the filets.

    For the alfredo sauce, combine a stick of butter, cup of heavy cream, and cup of grated parmesan cheese in a small pot. Cook on medium / low or until everything is melted. Add a teaspoon of starch and water mix if sauce needs thickening. Add oregano for presentation / flavor.
