RECIPE: Orange Glazed Roast Buffalo With Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
My favorite method for cooking meat is not codusive to glazing. (slow roast @170 until probe is at 115 for steaks, 125 for roasts then hot grill 2min/side-then rest) I skipped the gravy and used the simmered glaze as the gravy. everyone loved it. I like to chop the pancetta after cooking.

RECIPE: Peaches & Cream Pie
I just had to try this with all the rave reviews. It lived up to every one of them. I was wondering if you could freeze this uncooked? With the sour cream in it, I wasn't sure. Thanks for a great recipe and it is now a family favorite! Just wanted to let everyone know that I did cook and then freeze pie. Defrosted in fridge and it was great! Also made one with strawberries, it was also great.

RECIPE: Scalloped Creole Green Beans
This dish has a bold flavor. You need to have 2 or 3 bites to decide if it is what you will enjoy. It went well with our pork dinner.
